Burrowed down a wonderful private road in Kingswood, this property warranted an overdue refurbishment, a single-storey side extension, and a large two-storey extension to accommodate an ample-sized master bedroom.
This project involved the design and development of a substantial family home, drawing on the principles of Neo-Georgian English country architecture.

The scheme carefully balances traditional proportions and materials with contemporary living requirements, creating a home that feels both timeless and functional. Symmetry, form, and scale were key drivers in shaping the external appearance, while internally the layout was designed to maximise light, hosting space, flow, and connection to the surrounding gardens.
Working across design, planning, and technical stages, the project required a considered and coordinated approach, ensuring that both aesthetic ambition and practical delivery were successfully achieved. The result is a refined and well-resolved home that sits comfortably within its setting, surrounded by nature.

“…have been high efficient extremely thorough through the whole design, permit and construction phase of our larger remodelling and extension. Scott has been extremely patient throughout our numerous changes and continues to offer support. I would highly recommend them as a firm.”
