A 5000+ square foot Neo-Georgian new build set along the wonderful The Drive, Cheam where it’s garden backs on to the equally beautiful Cuddington Golf Course.
This three-storey, six-bedroom mansion was initially taken through planning by Antler Homes (a developer we worked with), after which we were appointed to produce the full set of technical drawings, conduct site visits, and coordinate closely with the contractor. The project’s scale demanded meticulous, comprehensive detailing and seamless collaboration with both building control, developer & contractor team.

The developer also commissioned CGI visuals to showcase how the mansion would sit elegantly along the private road. Although the architectural design was prepared by another practice, we played a key role in refining the details, including balconies, dormers, porch, materials, and front landscaping, ensuring a cohesive and luxurious finish. Sadly, not shown, a highlight of the property is the dramatic three-storey spiral staircase in the main foyer, complemented by a striking chandelier suspended through its full height.
