Located in West Byfleet, this project centred on the design and delivery of a new-build detached house. Acting across design, planning, and technical stages, the scheme was carefully developed to respond to both local planning policy and the surrounding residential context.
The design balances efficient internal layouts with a strong external character, ensuring the home sits comfortably within its setting while offering a high-quality living environment.
