A stylish and thoughtfully designed six-bedroom new build in a highly convenient and sought-after location in Redhill, Surrey. Large windows fill the home with natural light throughout the day, while a warm cream colour palette and natural finishes create an inviting atmosphere, enhancing the joy of open-plan living and providing a strong connection to the garden and surrounding nature. 

Although the design may appear straightforward, the project presented several on-site challenges, including the rear timber cladding and fire regulations, bespoke staircase window and it’s cill, and the lower drop-down snug area in the kitchen/dining area. These were successfully resolved through prompt communication and regular site visits. As a design-and-build project, our role focused on producing detailed technical drawings and providing site support.

The property sold quickly, thanks to its generous garden, limited overlooking, and desirable location. While we were not responsible for the internal finishes or interior design, the result is a beautifully executed, highly desirable new build.
