A dilapidated 1970s house on this site required a full demolition, rather than the standard refurbishment work we usually carry out. The client approached us with outline planning permission in place, which we developed into a full planning application before producing a detailed technical drawing package.

Throughout the project, we conducted numerous on-site visits to ensure design intent and quality were achieved. The resulting homes feature large, light-filled rooms and a neutral palette, creating versatile and appealing living spaces. Both plots sold very quickly, exceeding the estimated market value, delivering a successful outcome and a very happy client.
