What does Conceptual Design entail?
Using the measured survey as a starting point, we work closely with you to develop initial design ideas that reflect your lifestyle, aspirations, and budget.
This stage includes:
- early sketches and layout options
- exploration of space, flow, light, and form
- feasibility studies assessing planning policies, neighbouring properties, orientation, environmental factors, access, and utilities.
The aim is to shape a strong, realistic design concept that balances creativity with practicality before moving into formal approvals.
The next steps with our services
Once a preferred concept is agreed, we progress to Planning Applications & Agent Services, and where helpful, 3D Visualisations to further test and refine the design.
